Getting Hypopressives Feedback From Our Master Trainers

We understand that capturing a video of your Hypopressive technique can be a personal and important step on your wellness journey.
We get it, recording and showing yourself in a video can be a bit nerve-wracking. But here's the thing – it's a crucial step in getting to know how you're doing the technique and making those awesome improvements. Plus, your videos are completely safe with us – no worries there! We're all about creating a friendly, supportive space where you can learn and grow at your own pace. So, get ready to show us your amazing self, and let's make this journey fun and exciting together!
Here are detailed instructions
Step 1: Get started by filming yourself
1: Setting Up Your space
Position your phone/tablet/computer to capture at least your waist to shoulders within the frame. Show as much of your body as possible
Make sure your ribcage area is clearly visible.
If comfortable, wearing a sports bra can enhance the visibility of your ribcage and abdominal movements
Make sure you have audio on so we can hear your breathing pattern too!
2: Prioritize Lighting
Avoid filming in front of windows or doors with direct sunlight, as it can create harsh shadows and affect visibility.
3: 60-90 seconds is good enough but show us the full technique
Your video should highlight essential aspects of your hypopressive technique:
a. Lateral Breath:
Clearly demonstrate your lateral breath, showing the expansion of your ribcage during inhalation and its gentle contraction during exhalation.
b. Alignment:
Maintain proper alignment throughout the technique, paying attention to your posture and body positioning.
c. Apnea/Breath-Hold:
Show us the breath-hold or apnea unless you're contraindicated (pregnant or have had a surgery on your heart or diaphragm)
Step 2: Get ready to record
If you're not happy with your video, you can re-record yourself until you feel satisfied!
Step 3: Get ready to submit
Once you've recorded your video, click on "submit video"
Step 4: Attach your files and add any comments
Step 5: Check your email for a confirmation
Step 6: Feedback sent to your email
You can typically expect a response within 24 hours on weekdays Monday-Thursday.
