Step 1: Complete our RISE Assessment

Within 48 hours, receive personalized therapy and program suggestions via email
Easily add recommended exercises to your schedule with provided links and instructions

Step 2: Access Anytime, Anywhere: Download the App (supports all devices)


Get the MoonRise+ app on your device for convenient access:
Click on download app floating window at the bottom
Click on the icon as shown in the image on your browser
Click on add to home screen
Add to your home screen
Find the app on your device

**Note:** Similar steps apply for Android/Chrome browsers on tablets or mobile phones. You can also access our service on your computer without restrictions.

Step 3: Start with your program(s) as suggested by our teachers

Pick your preferred date

Your calendar/schedule is updated with 30 days of activities

Step 4: Commit to Daily Practice of 10-30 Minutes:


Consistency is key, so finding a time that works for you and sticking to it will yield the best results.

This is included in your purchase. You get personalised videos with feedback on your progress from our teachers within 24 hours on weekdays (Mon-Thu)

Step 8: Attend Member-Only Workshops


We run member-only workshops for you to join. Ask questions, practice together and meet other women on a similar journey as you!
