How to Join a Live Class on Moonrise+

Moonrise+ offers a variety of live classes that you can join to stay active and engaged in your health and well-being journey. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you join a live class:

Step-by-Step Guide to Joining a Live Class

Log In to Moonrise+
- Visit Moonrise+ Live and log in using your account credentials.

Navigate to the Live Classes Section
- Once logged in, go to the 'Live Classes' section. This can usually be found on the home page as shown below.



Browse Available Classes
- Browse through the list of upcoming live classes. You can view details such as the class type, instructor, time, and duration.





Select Your Class
- Click on the class you wish to join. This will open a detailed view with more information about the class and an option to join.



Join the Class
- Click the “Join” button. You can then add to your calendar on your device.

Set Up Your Device
- Ensure your device’s camera and microphone are working if you want to interact with the instructor. Make sure you have a stable internet connection for a smooth experience.

- Follow along with the live class. Engage with the instructor and other participants if you wish, and enjoy your workout!

Tips for a Great Live Class Experience

- Prepare Your Space: Ensure you have enough room to move around safely and all necessary equipment ready.
- Test Your Connection: A strong, stable internet connection is crucial for uninterrupted streaming.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

- Can’t Log In: Double-check your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it. Here is more help
- Audio/Video Issues: Ensure your device’s camera and microphone are enabled and working. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page.
- Class Not Starting: If the class doesn’t start on time, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the issue persists, check for any announcements from Moonrise+ regarding delays or cancellations.

Replays are added every Thursday
You don't need to register for the class to gain access to the replays
You just need an active MoonRise+ to access all the replays
