How to join our live classes of Hypopressives & other activities?

Daily Live Classes


MoonRise hosts daily live Hypopressives classes, providing you with regular opportunities to engage in this transformative practice. Consistency is key to reaping the benefits of Hypopressives, and our weekly live classes ensures that you can stay on track with your fitness goals.

Duration of Classes


Each Hypopressives live class offered by MoonRise typically lasts between 15-30 minutes. We do a warm up, a flow and a cool-down.

Workshops


We also host workshops (usually 1x/month or 2x/month) to answer questions, introduce new programs and more.

Lifetime of Replays


One of the great advantages of MoonRise's live classes is that you don't have to worry about missing a session. Even if you can't attend the live class, the replays are added to the library. This replay is yours to keep and revisit whenever it suits you, ensuring that you never miss out on valuable content.



Both live classes & replays are available only in our Unlimited membership plan.
