Accessing the Community
To be an active participant in the MoonRise+ community, follow these simple steps:
Log In: Use your credentials to log into your MoonRise+ account.
Navigate to Community: On the left-hand sidebar, click on the “Community” tab. This will take you to the community page where you can see posts from other members, interact with them, and stay updated with the latest discussions. On your mobile. you will find it in the menu in the bottom
Turning On Notifications
To stay informed about the latest updates and interactions in the community, you can turn on notifications. Here’s how:
Access the Thread: Go to any thread or post that you want to follow. For example, navigate to a post like "Live classes" in the community section.
Turn On Notifications: In the top right corner of the post, you will see a bell icon. Click on this bell icon to turn on notifications for this specific thread. This ensures that you receive updates whenever there are new comments or interactions.
Following Threads by Tagging a Person
If you want to bring a specific thread to someone’s attention or follow up on a conversation by tagging a person, follow these steps:
Comment on the Post: Go to the thread you are interested in, and click on the "Write a reply..." box at the bottom of the post.
Tag a Person: In your comment, type the '@' symbol followed by the person’s username (e.g., @Abby). This will notify the person and make it easier to follow the conversation.
Additional Tips
- Interact and Engage: Like posts and leave comments to engage with the community. This can be done by clicking the “Like” button or replying to comments within a thread.
- Explore Other Sections: Utilize other tabs like "Schedule" and "Library" for more resources and information relevant to your MoonRise+ journey.
By following these steps, you can maximize your engagement within the MoonRise+ community and stay up-to-date with all the relevant activities and discussions.
