How to Whitelist us as a safe sender?
Whitelisting an email address or domain as a safe sender is a useful way to ensure that important emails from a specific sender or domain are delivered to your inbox instead of being marked as spam or ending up in your junk or spam folder. To help you whitelist us as a safe sender in various email inboxes, we've provided step-by-step instructions for some of the most popular email providers.
Log in to your Gmail account.
Locate the search bar at the top of the Gmail interface.
Click on the down arrow within the search bar to open the "Search" options.
In the "From" field, enter support@moonrise.health
Find your email and click "Report not spam" or "Add to safe-sender"
Ensure this preference is saved
Gmail tabs
Find our email at support@moonrise.health
Move our email to primary inbox
Once done, click on "yes" when asked "Do this for all future messages"
If our email is already in spam, click on "report not spam" on top
Log in to your Outlook or Hotmail account.
Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner to access Settings.
Tap "move to focused inbox"
In the pop up box, tap the radius button for "Move this and all future messages" then tap "Move to folder"
Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."
Enter support@moonrise.health and filippaodevall@moonrise.health as whitelisted senders
Click the "Add" button to save the sender to your safe senders list.
Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.
Select "More Settings."
In the left sidebar, click on "Filters."
Click the "Add" button to create a new filter.
Give your filter a name.
In the "Set rules" section, select "From" and choose "Contains."
Enter support@moonrise.health and filippaodevall@moonrise.health as whitelisted senders
In the "Then move the message to this folder" section, choose "Inbox."
Click the "Save" button to save your filter.
Open the Apple Mail application.
Search in your inbox for support@moonrise.health
Find the email (look in the junk folder)
Tap the more button
Tap the mark as not junk button

Gmail Mobile:
Log in to your Gmail account.

Tap the mark as not junk button
