How to schedule your routine with Hypopressives?
Learn the foundations first
Each learning video is approximately 10 minutes/day
The 1st part of the course consists of approximately 10 videos and 2 PDFs that are necessary for you to follow to
You would do well to do 1 video/day
Do not do more than 30 minutes/day especially the videos with the apnea
You can go back and do any of the learning videos again so you know you have learnt the technique right
Send in your video
You send in your video once you feel ready to show us your technique. You get feedback and once ready cleared to the next part of the course.

Learn the poses
We teach you the 8 foundational poses and 1 bonus intermediate pose
Each video is not more than 10 minutes long
Learn the poses and take your time to get them right
The poses include the apnea.
If you're contraindicated, you can unlock the no apnea poses and playlist instead. Please mention this in your video submissions so we can get it added for you!
Daily flows of 10 minutes is your routine
This series consists of daily flows that combines the various poses, alignment techniques and lateral breath into 1 seamless video of around 10 minutes
This is a follow-along series which assumes you have learnt the poses and the foundations as detailed above
These videos vary in degree of difficulty and include modifications.
Do them at least 4 times a week or 1 video/day everyday for 10 minutes
You also get a PDF to print out and follow-along if you like
